Velux makes US acquisition
The new CEO of Velux has made its first acquisition step. The Danish skylight manufacturer is buying a smaller US competitor.
Velux will take up more of the booming US market where a prolonged economic recovery has invited more construction. The Danish skylight manufacturer is buying the smaller US company Wasco Products, which also manufactures skylights, reports Børsen.
