American senator still believes in bioethanol agreement

Although no consensus has been reached regarding a mandate to increase the use of bioethanol in the US, the Republican senator Ted Cruz, who is one of the promoters of the bill, is still optimistic in terms it being finalized, according to Bloomberg News.
