
Plans to establish an electrolysis facility in Avedøre near Copenhagen, Denmark, for converting green power into hydrogen has domestically been likened to the moon landing, but now a similar plant looks set to become a reality in the country's western region several years beforehand.
In any event, a trio consisting of Haldor Topsøe, Vestas and Skovgaard Invest on Tuesday unveiled their plans to build a test facility in the Lemvig municipality that will make ammonia from renewable energy and is expected ready by 2022.
