
It's going to cost NOK 4.146bn (EUR 421m) to establish carbon capture at cement company Norcem's factory in Brevik, Norway, which is slated to become the world's first large-scale carbon-capture facility in 2024.
The new Norwegian government on Monday presented an addendum to the state budget stating the new price, which is NOK 921m higher than hitherto assumed.
