Norwegian hydrogen project hit hard by energy crisis

”We’re in a situation where we face great losses on future operations,” writes CCB Energy CEO Ronny Haufe in a letter to Norway’s energy minister.

In 2020, news emerged that Norway’s Coast Center Base AS (CCB) and compatriot technology company ZEG Power received NOK 77m in funding from Enova, a Norwegian state enterprise owned by the Ministry of Climate and Environment, to support development of a pilot project for making hydrogen from biogas.
