Tesla to build new factory in China

Tesla has allegedly entered a deal with the Chinese government, allowing the company to construct a factory in Shanghai's free-trade zone.

Electric car manufacturer Tesla has entered a new agreement with China's government to construct a plant in Shanghai's free-trade zone, reports the Wall Street Journal.
