Key witness in Monjasa case absent at appeal
One of the most important witnesses for the prosecution will not be present at the Danish Western High Court to give testimony in the criminal case against Monjasa and one of the the bunker company's founders.

One of the key witnesses for the Danish Attorney General's Office for fraud and financial crimes, colloquially known as the Fraud Squad, in the criminal case against Danish bunker company Monjasa will not testify in the appeal case at the Western High Court in Denmark, it was revealed at a court session Monday.
