Maersk to potentially postpone time frame for Drilling divestment

The divestment of the Drilling division could be postponed, reports Reuters based on information from five sources with inside knowledge into the case.

Maersk will potentially focus on selling Maersk Drilling instead of listing the company, reveal five sources with an insight into the case to Reuters.

According to the news bureau, this could also mean that Maersk postpones the time frame for spinning off the Drilling division from the group.
