Three years after deal: Ørsted's sale of oil pipelines still not completed

Energinet.dk's acquisition of Ørsted's oil and gas pipelines in the North Sea has yet to be settled. The parties will probably look at it in the second half of the year, says CFO.

In 2015, Danish energy major Ørsted announced that the company's oil and gas pipelines in the North Sea, as well as the oil terminal in Fredericia, Denmark, would be sold to energy company Energinet.dk. However, the sale has dragged on and has not yet been completed, according to business daily Berlingske Business.
