OW estate takes first strike in the battle for USD 100 million
The Danish liquidator of OW Bunker has won its first battle in a landmark case against major bank ING. The case is one of the possibilities for creditors to scrape money together after the bunker company's bankruptcy, says liquidator.
For nearly two years, the Danish liquidators of OW Bunker have battled Dutch bank ING for the rights to millions of US dollars.
