Lundin risks fine in Sudan case

The Swedish state prosecutor has informed Lundin Petroleum that the company risks being fined millions of Swedish Krona as well as having confiscated a larger capital gain if it is found guilty of having violated human rights conventions in Sudan.

Swedish oil company Lundin has received a warning that it risks a large fine as well as having confiscated its capital gains related to a case involving serious accusations against the company and its alleged support of genocide in Sudan.
