Equinor turns over operatorship of promising site to Aker BP

The two Norwegian oil outfits have signed a deal for Aker BP to take over operations of the entire Noaka project.

Equinor and Aker BP have signed a letter of intent for operatorship of the entire Noaka site. This means that the operatorship in the Krafla development project will be transferred from the former to the latter, writes Equinor in a press release.
