Russia refuses to sell oil to nations imposing price cap

According to Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak, the nation will not sell crude to nations that will impose a price cap, instead sending oil to ”market-oriented partners”. G7 is expected to announce a price cap tomorrow.
