Danish minister covers for Maersk in case of inadequate EIAs

“I am extremely unhappy with the minister’s decision to not probe Maersk’s role in the matter,” says a spokesperson for a Danish opposition party about a systemic error that lived for 30 years.

Maersk’s role in the Danish Energy Agency’s lacking Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in regard to oil and gas activities in the North Sea for over 30 years won’t be investigated.
