Polish company sues EU Commission for Russian gas green-light

Poland's state-owned energy company has brought an action to the EU Court of Justice concerning the Commission's decision to allow Gazprom to send more gas through strategic German pipelines.

The EU Commission is facing a case from Poland's state-owned energy company PGNiG.

The case is a response to the Commision's green-light for Russian supplier Gazprom to send more gas through the German Opal gas pipelines.
