Swiss chemical company rumoured as possible buyer of Dong Oil

Ineos is allegedly eager to take over the Danish energy conglomerate's oil division.

Swiss company Ineos could be on the way with a bid for Dong Energy's oil and gas business, which has been officially put up for sale since the Autumn, reports Bloomberg News, referring to anonymous sources close to the case.

The division is allegedly worth less than USD 2 billion and interested companies must submit their bids later this month, reports the news agency.
