
The US State Department is set to recommend the approval of controversial oil pipeline Keystone XL Friday or Monday at the latest, say several US media outlets.
News bureau Reuters cites several independent, anonymous sources which say that the White House will soon emerge with a statement officially confirming that the pipeline has received department approval.
