Maersk Oil could be close to Iran oil deal

The Danish oil company could be inches away from signing an Iranian oil contract.

Maersk Oil is once again rumored to be close to landing a deal to develop a major oil field in Iran, writes Iranian news media Mehr News.

Mehr News reports that Iran's oil minister Bijan Zanganeh believes that a potential deal could be reached in the near future between Maersk Oil and the country's state oil company, National Iranian Oil Company.
