
Republicans and Democrats in the House of Representatives approved a proposal to introduce new sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea, Tuesday local time.
It was passed with an overwhelming majority despite the resistance of President Donald Trump. Altogether, 419 voted for and three voted against.
