Total to install solar panels on French carports

The French oil major's subsidiary has won approximately one fifth of a French auction for 150 MW small-scale solar projects.

France's Total has secured subsidies for 70 projects in the second French auction of solar panels for buildings and car ports. Overall, the projects have capacity of 32 MW and were won by Total Solar and Sunpower, of which Total owns 57 percent, announces Total.
