Lawyer in OW Bunker case fined for conflict of interest

Law firm Bruun & Hjejle, which represents institutional investors in the compensation case against OW Bunker, has been accused of a conflict of interest in the case, according to the Danish Bar and Law Society.

Several of the country's biggest investors, headed by pension funds ATP and PFA, have run into an obstacle in their DKK 767 million (USD 120 million) compensation claims case against key players in the collapsed OW Bunker group.
