EU Commission to fund energy projects with an additional EUR 9 billion
The EU Commission has earmarked in its budget proposal for 2021 an additional EUR 9 billion to fund energy infrastructure projects – a 62 percent increase from the current budget.
The EU Commission presented Wednesday afternoon its proposal for structuring the EU funding instrument Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) in the period 2021 to 2027.
