More EU states eliminate coal
Hungary and Greece will phase out coal, and the latter raises its renewables target along with Bulgaria and France.
The EU Council of Ministers met Tuesday to discuss how the EU will reach its 32-percent renewable energy climate goal by 2030 following member states having informed of a 1.6-percent point deficiency for hitting the target, according the EU Commission.
