Merkel and Putin in gas talks

In a phone call, the German chancellor has discussed the completion of gas pipeline Nord Stream 2 as well as prospects for importing Russian gas via Ukraine.

On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed natural gas supply in a phone call with Germany's Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Kremlin's press office informs.
