This is a question that many Norwegians are pondering at the moment. It's not just a hotly contested issue with respect to the two Fosen wind farms Storheia and Roan. The very same issue is at the center of another Norwegian onshore wind farm, whose developer is having trouble finding common ground with the reindeer herders.
