EU terminates power market crisis measures

Electricity and gas prices have stabilized to a point that the European Commission is ready to put an end to the crisis measures originally meant to curb major price fluctuations in 2022.

The emergency measures adopted by the EU last year to shield consumers from towering power prices are not extended, the European Commission announced on Monday via report, writes Euractiv
