Glentra makes offer for listed Norwegian energy company

Glentra Capital, which has two Danish energy profiles as co-founders and with Novo Holdings and PKA as investors in the first fund, aims to take over Norwegian Kyoto Group.

Danish energy fund Glentra Capital, which has Novo Holdings and pension company PKA as anchor investors, has made a bid for energy company Kyoto Group, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, according to a Friday stock exchange release from the latter.
