Canada approves one pipeline and rejects another

Despite opposition from environmentalists, local communities, and political allies, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the decision to expand a pipeline between Alberta and British Columbia this Tuesday, writes the Canadian Prime Minister in a press release.

Recent weeks have seen major protests against the project known as Trans Mountain Expansion, particularly in Vancouver, British Columbia.
