
Denmark will export energy technology for at least DKK 140 million in 2030, is the conclusion from a new, total export strategy published by the government Wednesday morning. The amount is double what was exported in 2015, where the figures declined for the first time after many year's continuous growth.
However the initiatives themselves are not completely new. A large part of the strategy is what Danish energy minister Lars Chr. Lilleholt deemed "international green realism." Since the conservative party took government in 2015, green realism has been reformulated to green optimism, while initiatives such as the one to spend DKK 10 million on an export scheme in Germany, the US and UK remain the same.
