Danish energy exports declined last year

New figures show that Danish exports of energy technology and services took a slight dive in 2016. However, Denmark remains the EU country where the largest share of the exports come from the energy sector while Danish energy minister Lars Chr. Lilleholt believes that a new export strategy could help drive the companies forward.

Danish exports of energy technology and services will reverse the downturn in 2016, where Danish companies raked in a total of DKK 83.8 billion (approximately EUR 11.2 billion).
