
Two Siemens gas turbines sold to Russia were moved to Crimea. This is a violation of the international embargo and Siemens now plans to report the responsible parties to the police, writes Reuters on the basis of statements from the German manufacturing company.
Originally the turbines were intended to be used in Taman in southern Russia but, according to Siemens, they were sailed to Crimea instead. This marks a violation of the contract with customer Technopromexport.
