Vestas officially takes on Russian GW order
The wind turbine manufacturer confirms the first order in a Russian framework agreement and invests in the construction of a blade factory while deals have been made with local firms for the production of towers and nacelles.
Vestas has officially entered the framework deal with Fortum for the construction of wind turbine projects in Russia totaling 1 GW.
