
Norwegian wind farm Egersund is ready to begin operations. Senvion has installed the last of a total of 33 turbines, at 3.4 MW apiece, on the 112 MW project – Norway's largest windfarm. At least, until large scale projects Fosén and Nordlicht are installed over the coming years.
Besides the Norwegian wind farm, the wind turbine manufacturer has also finished a project in Serbia, Malibunar, consisting of eight turbines of 1 MW each and a 10 MW farm in Ireland, adding up to 130 MW of projects in total.
