Siemens Gamesa merger has incited major internal unrest

The large-scale merger of Spain's Gamesa and Danish-German Siemens Wind Power has become a thorn in the side of many employees at the new wind turbine major. Internal power struggles and large cultural clashes mean that employees are looking to leave the company after what they call a chaotic marriage between the two firms.

After last year's large-scale merger between the two major wind turbine manufacturers Siemens and Gamesa, there is such great division between employees and management at the wind giant, that many employees are now looking for new jobs outside of the company.
