Siemens Gamesa builds new platform in the US
The wind turbine manufacturer will begin production of geared onshore wind turbines at the nacelle factory in Kansas with orders for 95 turbines from the G132-3.465 MW series.
Siemens Gamesa announced orders for 95 turbines last Thursday and it has now emerged that these will be made in the US.
