Vattenfall does not fear the risks of subsidy-free wind

Power purchasing agreements will cover risk on the world's first subsidy-free offshore wind farms. But even without PPAs and a new generation of wind turbines, the Dutch project is a solid business case, according to Vattenfall. The farms may even start spinning a year ahead of schedule.
