Ørsted bids on new offshore wind project in the US
The energy company is teaming up with its US partner once again to bid on an offshore wind project, which would launch development in another US state.
Ørsted knows its way around constructing offshore wind farms, especially off the coast of the UK. But the Danish firm is directing increasing attention westward to North America. In its latest move, the firm has bid on the Constitution Wind project of 200 MW off the coast of New London in the US state Connecticut.
