Danish engineering firm wins offshore wind contract in the US

The Danish consulting engineering firm Wood Thilsted Partners has won a prestigious contract in the US. The firm will be designing foundations for the first large offshore wind farm in the US, Vineyard Wind at 800 MW, to be developed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and Avangrid. Wood Thilsted Partners will be working in partnership with US-based WSP – an agreement entered in March.
