Siemens Gamesa enters Russian deal for turbine assembly

The Spanish / German wind turbine manufacturer has entered a deal with Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies in Russia to use their gas turbine facility to assemble turbines.

Wind turbine manufacturer Siemens Gamesa is planning to launch delivery of turbines to the Russian market in 2020, and, as a part of these efforts, has entered an agreement with Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies (SGTT), a Siemens joint venture in Russia established for turbine component assembly, reports Recharge News.
