EIB finances floating wind project

The European Investment Bank has loaned EUR 60 million to a floating wind farm in Portugal owned by Windplus S.A. The project has also secured grants of EUR 29 million and EUR 6 million from different sources.

A new floating offshore wind farm in Portugal has received a EUR 60 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB), announces the bank in a press release.
