Ørsted threw the towel in site lease auction

German utility EnBW suffered a narrow loss in last week's major US auction for offshore wind projects sites but vows to make a comeback in future auctions.

11 actors participated in Massachusetts' offshore wind auction, which lasted 34 rounds and ended with the US treasury getting USD 135 million per license.
