The US's shortest coastline moves toward offshore wind

A series of US states have taken steps toward implementing offshore wind, and Donald Trump's obstinacy is halting development in the short term.

A coastline stretching a mere 29 kilometers is no obstacle for installing offshore wind farms. That seems to be the position of New Hampshire, where state Governor Christopher Sununu (R) is testing the waters, so to speak.
