Siemens Gamesa shareholder nominates MHI Vestas for German wind farm project

MHI Vestas is to provide turbines with rotor blades larger than the V164 turbine to the 476 MW Baltic Eagle project.

MHI Vestas is about to be awarded a 476 MW contract. The Danish-based turbine manufacturer has been nominated as preferred supplier for the Baltic Eagle project in the German part of the Baltic Sea.
