Vestas in talks for big Brazilian order

The Danish wind turbine manufacturer is negotiating a 361 MW order.

Vestas is reportedly in talks with French utility Engie's Brazilian subsidiary, Engie Brasil Energia, regarding a contract for 361 MW in wind turbine capacity for the Campo Largo-2 project, reports Reuters based on information from an anonymous source.

According to the news agency, the project will be located in the state of Bahia with commissioning planned for 2021.
