Senvion secures breather

Operations seem able to continue for the moment after the insolvent wind turbine producer secured a special one-year credit facility with creditors and bondholders.

Senvion has secured a bit more calm for its business. One week following the company filing for bankruptcy protection after failing to land a refinancing agreement, the German wind turbine manufacturer has now managed to secure a credit facility of EUR 100 million with its creditors and major bondholders, according to a press release by Senvion on Wednesday.
