German tender hits new low

For the sixth consecutive round, Germany's onshore wind tender is undersubscribed, with the latest round allocating less than one-third of the tendered capacity.

The German wind market's engine is apparently still sputtering.  The most recent round subscribed only 208 MW of the total 650 MW, reports the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).
