SSE and Equinor aim to extend Dogger Bank

In an application to BEIS, SSE and Equinor request the 1.2 GW limit be removed from Teesside A and the approved rotor diameter increased from 215 to 280 meters. The latter would make room for GE's Haliade-X, which the companies have chosen as their preferred model. (Corrected.)
