PFA bought out of wind company in major transaction

Eurowind takes over 222 wind turbines and the final part of repowering project Overgaard by acquiring the over the years much-discussed company SE Blue Renewables.

After six months, Danish pension company PFA abandons its domestic onshore wind efforts. Company SE Blue Renewables, established in the summer of 2013 alongside PFA and SE's acquisition of the former DONG Energy's Danish onshore wind portfolio of 196 MW, will be taken over by Eurowind at the turn of the year, the parties inform.
