Vestas confirms Swedish order

The wind OEM has secured a 30-year service agreement with Stena Renewable.

Vestas will supply 155 MW to Sweden. As EnergyWatch reported last week, Stena Renewable placed an order for 36 units of the model V150-4.2 MW for its Åby-Alebo wind project. The turbines will be delivered in an optimized 4.3 MW version starting from the second quarter of next year, and the facility is set to enter operation in Q4 of 2021, Vestas informs in a press statement.
