Vestas wins 160 MW Finnish order

One of the customers waiting on delayed Siemens Gamesa installations nominates Vestas to supply three Nordic wind farms.

German asset manager Luxcara has selected Vestas to supply three wind projects in Finland. The manufacturer will deliver 38 units of its model V150-4.2 MW machines to Finnish developments Välikangas, Pihtipudas and Sievi. The turbines will be delivered in the second quarter of next year, while commissioning is set to take place in Q4'21, Luxcara informs in a statement.
